1. Our Services
Zion Fly Fishing Tours LLC delivers professional, guided angling experiences. Excursion details, specific itineraries, and current rates are outlined on our website and are subject to modification at any time without prior notice.
2. Reservations & Financial Terms
Advanced reservations are mandatory to lock in your excursion dates. A security deposit or full payment is required during the checkout process. Booking confirmations are only finalized once your payment clears successfully.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
All booked trips are strictly non-refundable unless cancelled in writing 72 hours before your tour's scheduled start time. Should a change need to be made our team will make every effort to reschedule your outing for a future date. In the event that Zion Fly Fishing Tours LLC must cancel a trip due to hazardous weather conditions, mechanical issues, or unexpected emergencies, we will work with you to find an alternative date.
4. Participant Conduct & Safety
All guests must strictly adhere to the safety protocols and instructions delivered by their assigned guide. Coast Guard-approved life jackets and safety gear must be worn whenever instructed. The consumption of drugs or alcohol during our excursions is strictly banned. Zion Fly Fishing Tours LLC maintains the right to terminate service for any individual who compromises group safety or breaks these regulations.
5. Age Restrictions
Guests 14 years or younger will not be permitted to operate their own pontoon boat. Smaller children may share a pontoon boat with an adult. Larger children have the option of being towed behind a pontoon boat in a kyak. The guide may use their discretion to limit anyone from using the pontoon boats based on their ability to handle the equipment properly and safely.
6. Assumption of Risk Acknowledgement
Fishing and boating carry inherent risks. By confirming your reservation, you explicitly recognize and assume these risks, which encompass changing weather patterns, gear usage, marine hazards, and encounters with wild animals. Zion Fly Fishing Tours LLC is not liable for injuries, accidents, death, or property damage.
7. Mandatory Liability Waiver
All participants must complete and execute a formal liability waiver prior to entering the water. Choosing not to sign this document will result in the immediate cancellation of your excursion without financial reimbursement.
8. Proprietary Content & Intellectual Property
Every element of digital media on our platform—including written text, photographs, custom graphics, and trademarked branding—remains the exclusive property of Zion Fly Fishing Tours LLC and requires written authorization for external use.
