Cancelation Policy

Zion Fly Fishing Tours LLC is committed to providing an exceptional guiding experience. Because our guide schedules are locked in advance, we enforce the following policies regarding trip cancellations, modifications, and weather events.
1. Customer Initiated Canelations
All booked excursions are strictly non-refundable unless cancelled in writing 72 hours before your tour's scheduled start time. However, clients are permitted to reschedule their outing for an alternative available calendar date. Please be aware that calendar availability is limited, and dates fill up quickly.
2. Failure to Arrive (No-Shows)
Participants who fail to arrive at the designated meeting location at the scheduled time without prior written notice will forfeit their reservation. No-shows are entirely ineligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling opportunities.
3. Company Cancellations & Inclement Weather
Guest and staff safety remains our absolute priority. Zion Fly Fishing Tours LLC reserves the exclusive right to cancel, postpone, or cut short any excursion due to unsafe water conditions, hazardous weather alerts, natural disasters, or unexpected season closures. In these circumstances, the trip will be rescheduled for a future date.
4. Rescheduling Parameters

72 Hours or More Notice: Requests to shift your dates will be accommodated free of charge, subject entirely to current guide availability. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days

Less Than 72 Hours Notice: Modification requests made within this window may be treated as a final cancellation, resulting in a forfeiture of the booking fee. Our team will make a reasonable effort to find a mutual solution, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.
